Oklahoma Academic Standards for Social Studies (2019, still the officially adopted document as of mid-2026). NOTE: An interim 2025 revision was voided by the Oklahoma Supreme Court in Dec. 2025 for open-meetings violations; a further-revised version (dropping mandated Bible lessons and 2020-election/COVID framing) was approved by the State Board on March 26, 2026 and sent to the Legislature for its 30-legislative-day review (~ended May 20, 2026); outcome of that review was not confirmed in available sources.
